It's great when things are going well but really noticeable    
when they aren't. Often things can feel a little easier or lighter after talking to a professional. Talking about an issue can:

  •  help you find relief
  •  help you to feel more supported
  •  provide you with space to gain clarity or insight
  •  and can assist you with identifying direction or preferred options

In my experience working with a wide range of clients and client issues I have noted, countless times, just how many people express relief from "simply being able to talk about it to someone outside of friends and family".
